特色：節省轉色時間及膠料、清潔炭漬及保護螺桿，使用方便。 使用說明：1、用清洗劑噴濕約5次要注射的塑料（4安機以下） 2、用手套或膠袋混和。 3、儲料後 1至2分鐘，才把塑料射出（重複以上程序，勿連續射出） 4、將料斗清潔乾淨，加入轉色後所用新塑料，將之前余料射出後即可正常注塑。 注意：勿讓兒童取玩。如不慎入眼，應立即以清水沖洗。 Screw-thread Cleaner (Solution) Characteristics: Timesaver for changing plastic color , convenience for cleaning and protecting the screw. Direction: 1 . Use the cleaner to penetrate the plastic mold for 5 times. 2. Mix and blend with gloves. 3. Do not launch the plastic until one or two minutes after storage. (repeat the above process, avoiding launching continuously) 4. Add the new plastic after cleaning the funnel, continue the new injection molding process after the remaining plastic injected. Caution: Keep away from children. If accidentally spray to eyes, rise with water and consult with the doctor immediately.

A、使用方法：將注塑機溫度調高 10 度至 20 度,把適量的清潔粉混合在塑料中（如轉用塑料，可混合將要使用的塑料），混合後將材料放入料斗中，先將馬達速度調慢，把混合料壓出 至模頭，待見到混合料後再把馬達速度調快少許，然後每隔 2 分鐘進行注塑。 B、用量：8安機：80-100 克清潔粉/2-4公斤塑料 24 安機：150-200克清潔粉/4-6公斤塑料 可先加入少許白礦油以防止清潔粉四散。因每種色粉及原料成份不同，以上份量亦按不同需要而定。 C、注意：如不慎把清潔粉沾入眼中，請用大量清水沖洗 A.
